For a German prefried frozen potato processor, Gpi delivered a high-quality additive mixing and dosing system (Additiveline).
The system automatically doses and mixes dextrose and pyrophosphate powders, ensuring an accurate, safe and efficient addition of these additives during the production process.
This mixing and dosing system includes four large dosing hoppers on load cells, four dosing stations of which each station is equipped with two electric motors and a pneumatic valve, level sensors in the hoppers and pressure transmitters.
