One of the biggest food producers in the world will use these Kelstreams for processing starch slurry.
The machines, with 4.5m² of heat transfer surface each, will be used for heating as well as cooling. By setting up the machines in series, the customer is able to process high capacities continuously.
The Kelstream Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger has two concentric heat exchange surfaces to provide an efficient heat transfer. Next to that, the entire surface is continuously scraped. This way burn-on and fouling which influence the efficiency of the heat transfer negatively will be prevented.

The machines were packed in sea- and airworthy wooden crates to asure safe transport to the customers’ facilities in Asia.
