Blending

Blending of ingredients is done continuously (inline) or in batches as desired. For the various mixing processes Gpi designs product specific process equipment with a corresponding agitator or combination of agitators.

Mixing

Mixing involves the fast and intensive mixing of liquids and/or powders. For this application Gpi designs and manufactures product specific process equipment, for example turbo mixing tanks.

Stirring

Stirring, or homogenising, is keeping the product in motion, whether or not heated or cooled. Every product benefits from a specific agitator or combination of them.

For which products does Gpi design and manufacture mixing, blending and homogenizing equipment?

Finishing levels​

As a standard, Gpi ensures a high-finishing level. For some applications, such as in the food industry or even in the pharmaceutical industry, specific requirements are applicable. As a standard, food tanks are produced with an internal roughness of Ra 0.8, but if desired we can also produce tanks with much smoother (and therefore more hygienic) inner walls.
